    Every item is handcrafted. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before pickup.

  • Local pickup

    Local pickup in Seattle is currently the primary delivery method. Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is confirmed. Shipping will be offered soon.

    Shipping will be available after the shipping program is finalized. Rates and timelines will be added at that time.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    All sales are final.
    Due to the nature of skincare, fragrance, wellness, and herbal products, returns are not accepted.
    If your order arrives damaged, please email within 3 days and include photos.

    Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or prepared for pickup.

    Ingredients are listed on every product page. Customers with sensitivities are encouraged to review ingredients and perform a patch test.
